"I am Dictator Adolf Hitler, as you all should know my 55th birthday is

coming up on the 20th of April but I’m not here to talk about me, I am here

to talk about the Office of Scientific Research and Development or called

OSRD. This is an American organization that is trying to develop the atomic

bomb to be even stronger that it’s now. Also, they are trying to make a

“nuclear fission weapon” that almost is complete (Carlisle 1).

The Office of Scientific Research and Development needed resources

so President Franklin Roosevelt allowed The army’s engineers to create the

buildings (Carlisle 1). Now they have started the Manhattan Project where

they perfected the bomb so that is could be used in battle against

enemies(Tatarewicz, “Office” 1). The Manhattan Project is using almost $2 billion to

create this bomb and I have a feeling that it will be used against us in this

war (Tatarewicz, “Manhattan” 1). We as Germany need to get more scientific

in this war, Or we will not survive this war."
